Our Process & Your Investment
Our signature design process ensures that every project goes smoothly with the best results. It is crucial to each job’s success that we communicate clearly on all aspects including budget, timeline, project details, and goals.
What's the Investment?
We urge you to consider Interior Design Projects as an investment. Every project is different as there are many factors that determine the costs. The types of materials can vary considerably, and the amount of labor is also sometimes radically different. Below are some “general guidelines” to help you gain a better understand your investment.
Custom Window Treatments – most of our projects start at $5K and include initial and selection visit, drawings, fabric and hardware samples.
One Room Design or Redesign – starts at $2K per room and includes floorplan, colors scheme, inspiration board with suggested furniture and accessories. We are available to manage and execute the project for you providing our subcontractors or you take our design and DIY.
Paint Color Consultation – $400 and includes up to two visits (2 hour total), large paint samples and specs for your painters. We preselect the best quality paint for your home with the right sheen for all areas. Your painters or ours we have your best interest in mind.
Bookcase Arrangements and Decorating – starts at $500 plus a cost of the accessories and includes preselecting and arranging. This service is more time consuming then you think as it’s all about scale, balance and interest.
In-Home Consultation – starts at $400 (up to 2 hours) and $180 for every additional hour. Sometimes we need a professional to just give us quick solutions and suggestions to DIY.

We will determine your specific design needs which includes further discussion of the project and budget. We will also take measurements and photos of the space.
We will present all materials and samples. A preliminary design and estimated pricing will be discussed.
Next, we will prepare a proposal with all the details, including a timeline and costs. Concurrently, an invoice for down payment will be provided.
Once the proposal has been approved and payment received, all materials will be ordered. Upon receipt of all materials, an estimated completion date will be provided.
We will contact you for preferred delivery and installation dates. Final payment is due upon delivery.
We will follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with everything and completely in love with your space.
